Refund and Cancellation Policy
Return And Exchanges
1.We do not provide any refunds in case of incorrect delivery address.
2.We do not provide refunds for products returned in a used or damaged condition.
3.We do not provide refunds for slight variations in colour and design . Please note all our products are completely handcrafted hence there may be slight variations.
4.In case of a damaged product received, it is requested for the customer to create a video of unboxing of the product and send it over to selflovejewels@gmail.com or WhatsApp us to 9650012266. We will contact you & will guide regarding the return & refund of the damaged product. It usually takes 15 days for the refund to get credited back to the customer once the damaged product is received back at our end.
5. All our products are made with the finest quality of material and are well consecrated. Once the products are sold, they have a specific healing energy sent for the wearer and hence, can't be exchanged or returned. All items are consecrated and energised are not returnable or exchangeable or refundable, except if the item is defective.

All orders except items on sale can be returned/exchanged for a full refund within 30 days, with proof of purchase.
Replacements are offered if the item is defective and within 30 days of being purchased *damages caused by regular wear do not qualify for a replacement.
Sale items are non-refundable.
After an exchange is made, the item(s) do not qualify for refunds.
Defective items within the price range of $49+ purchased within 1 year with proof of purchase may request a special promo code for 50% off the same item.
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after being delivered and received.
Due to our limited stock, we cannot guarantee replacements or exchanges to 100%, if the item you wish is out of stock you will have the possibility to pick a different item for a replacement.

Return labels will be provided only for damaged or defective products within the policy time.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returns With A Company-Provided Label
Securely pack your item(s) in the original packaging.
Add a note with your order number and state the reason for return;

Ship the item(s) back within the next three business days.
Seal the package.
Returns Without Label
You may use your own shipping method. We highly recommend using a shipper who provides a tracking number so you can track your shipment. Please be sure to retain this tracking number for your records. Selflove Jewels is not responsible for packages lost in transit if sent via a non-trackable carrier.
Securely pack your item(s) in the original packaging.
Add a note with your order number and state the reason for return;
Refund
Ship the item(s) back within the next three business days.
Seal the package.

Return Policy For International Orders:
As our products are energetically charged. we don’t take returns . Returns are only if the product is received broken or defective. In that case, we provide replacement option.
For special case returns, we take maximum 12-15 working days for money to transfer back in customer's account.
Returns for exchanges, replacements, or refunds will need to be done within 30 days of being delivered (delivery date is provided by the carrier).
International customers must cover shipping expenses in order to return their products to the US.
Self love Jewels will ship the replacement piece (due to damage) to the country of destination,
Returns for exchanges will be charged a shipping fee,
Items under final sale or clearance being Women, Men, Kids, Home Decor, or others may not be returned or exchanged.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Cancelation
If you have placed an order within 5 hours you may request a cancelation for a full refund.
Pre-orders can be canceled at any time (if they are not processed) for a full refund.
Special Sales And Promo Codes
You can only use one promo code per order. Special sales are set within a specific timeframe and will only apply to orders placed in that timeframe/schedule.
