Our Terms And Conditions

Through your e-commerce business’s shipping policy, you need to delineate the details of how you will ship your customers’ purchases. This policy should include the shipping company options, the shipping speed options, pricing, handling times, and shipping restrictions. The more detailed your shipping policy, the more in-the-know your customers are. As a result of this knowledge, shoppers will be more in-tune with the details that will help them make the best purchase for their preferences. We accept returns ONLY in case of damage in transit , defects and incorrect products. (Domestic and International)

Please note all our products are traditionally handcrafted by our artisans hence there might be slight variations .

Steps to make a return ────────────────────────────────────

1. Please submit your request along with a picture of the damaged product within 4 days of receipt of order.

2. Before we arrange for a return pick up , we will require an image of the product and once we receive the same it will be reviewed by our team and it is up to the discretion of the Selflove Jewels team to decide whether the product is approved for return.

3. Once we have received your request and our team has authorized the return for the damaged/incorrect product , we will arrange for a collection of the product.

4. Once we receive the damaged / incorrect product, we shall dispatch the fresh / correct product. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. We are not liable for any returns that we were not notified about first.
