Return Policy

1.We do not provide any refunds in case of incorrect delivery address.

2.We do not provide refunds for products returned in a used or damaged condition.

3.We do not provide refunds for slight variations in colour and design . Please note all our products are completely handcrafted hence there may be slight variations.

4.In case of a damaged product received, it is requested for the customer to create a video of unboxing of the product and send it over to selflovejewels@gmail.com or whatsApp us to 9650012266. We will contact you & will guide regarding the return & refund of the damanged product. It usually takes 15 days for the refund to get credited back to the customer once the damaged product is received back at our end.
